The process of online bidding consists of four steps:

Step 1: Register
You click on “Register” on the auction page https://auktion.pzvmv.de/auctions or go directly to https://auktion.pzvmv.de/register.
You will then be redirected to a secure registration page.
On this secure page you can enter your personal information and then click on the “Register Now” button.
You will then receive a confirmation email. By registering, you accept our terms and conditions.

Step 2: Wait for the confirmation of your account
After registration, your account needs to be verified. This may take a few hours, but we make every effort to complete the verification as quickly as possible. Early registration is recommended.
Once your account is verified, you will receive an email where you can create your username and password.

Step 3: Bid online at the auction
During the auction period, you can log in using the login button at https://auktion.pzvmv.de/auctions.
Enter your email address and password. This will automatically take you to the bidding system.
When you participate in the online auction via your computer, you will see the lot with the respective bids/start prices. The bidding screen clearly indicates the time of the auction.
The bid button allows you to participate in the auction and place your bid.
The bid button always shows the last bid. When you have placed your bid, the screen will indicate
whether your bid was accepted and whether you are the highest bidder.
During the auction, we should be able to reach you at the phone number you provided during registration.

Step 4: You are the highest bidder
If you are the highest bidder, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be contacted after the auction.

Insurance:

After the auction, the horses are insured with R+V Vereinigte Tierversicherung until they are picked up and moved to their new stall.

The insurance covers compensation in case of death or emergency killing due to illness or accident. Sum insured is the hammer price (plus auction fee and VAT). The live animal insurance also covers the transport of the horse to the buyer’s stable within the insurance period.

If you wish a further insurance or a higher sum insured after the expiration of this liability, please contact us.
